- Transaction and administrative information, including reservation references, payment status and records needed for accounting or legal purposes. Payment-card details may be handled by the booking or payment provider and are not intended to be stored on this website.
- Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and server logs generated when the site is accessed.
- Cookie choices and analytics information, if optional analytics or similar technologies are enabled and you consent where consent is required.
How and why we use information

Bookings, messages and external services
Our availability and booking links open the SiteMinder direct-booking service. Information entered there is handled through that service and the notices presented in its booking flow. Please review those notices before submitting a reservation.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your use of that service is also governed by WhatsApp’s terms and privacy information. Email communications are processed by the email services used by Mangrove Lodge and its authorised staff.
The stylised location map on this site does not load Google Maps automatically. Google receives information only if you choose a location link and leave this site to open Google Maps.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files or similar browser-storage technologies. This website may use strictly necessary technologies for security, administration, load balancing and essential operation. These do not require consent where the law provides an exemption.

This website is not directed to children. Reservation details concerning children should be supplied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult and only where relevant to the stay.
